Small Business Capital and Infrastructure Grant Program

The Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) supports statewide economic development by offering resources and services to businesses, individuals, and communities through financial incentives, grants, skill-based training, and other programming.

DCEO’s Office of  Economic Equity & Empowerment (OE3), formerly OMEE, advocates for equitable economic opportunities across the state of Illinois for minorities, women, veteran-owned businesses, businesses owned by persons with disabilities, eligible not-for-profit corporations, and other underserved communities.
