Cook County Tax Forum

Property taxes are high, and we are going to address solutions. The first step is to bring our County Assessor Fritz Kaegi to explain why the recent assessments caused our taxes to be raised. This is being organized by the Mayor’s office along with Township Assessor Cassandra Holbert Elston and Erica Jenkins. The next series of meetings will be held with Larry Rogers and County Treasurer Maria Pappas. Please attend and please bring our tax bill with you to the event.
