The State of Illinois has announced the Illinois Homeowner Assistance Fund (ILHAF) through the Illinois Housing Development Authority. The ILHAF provides up to $30,000 of mortgage relief to an eligible homeowner. Applications will be accepted from November 1, 2022, to January 31, 2023.
