TCA Health’s Community Health Team will be providing FREE dental screenings for all ages.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The team will also provide the following:
FREE Health Screening
Blood Pressure & Blood Glucose Checks
HIV Rapid Testing
Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance
