Boil Order Lifted

Multiple test results confirmed by the state laboratory today show there is no contamination of the City Water System.

The September 14 Boil Order issued for the area surrounding 950 Legion Drive is now officially lifted.

The boil order was issued September 14 by the City as a precaution in response to a single test result taken from an outside water spigot at one isolated address. The City Water Department believes the suspect test was due to contamination of that outdoor spigot.
The City diligently adheres to the highest standards of caution to any potential threat to the safety of our residents. Testing of the City Water System occurs daily and any potential threat immediately is reported to State officials and the public.
