The Calumet City Senior Transportation Program is a temporary curb-to-curb service provided by the City of Calumet City for its residents who are 60 years of age and older. Service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays only. No exceptions!

Transportation is provided for grocery shopping within the corporate boundaries of Calumet City (see designations below) and transportation is provided to, and from, medical facilities/doctors’ offices located within Calumet City and within a 10-mile radius of Calumet City.

Appointments for transportation to medical services, and reservations for transportation for grocery shopping, must be made at least three days in advance. Please call (708) 891-8190 during regular business hours to make appointments and reservations.

Please note, the City has limited transportation vehicles and may not be able to serve all residents at the days and times requested. We ask that you be flexible and understanding as we try to assist our senior community.
