The Office of the City Clerk provides many services and
resources.
The City Clerk, an elected city official, oversees this
department with responsibilities that include:

maintaining
all official documents of the City

attending and documenting
all City Council Meetings, including the journal of proceedings
-
issuance of business, animal and vehicle licenses
-
voter
registration
-
collecting
all monies paid to the City
The Adjudication Hearing program is administered by this
department to process and collect all parking, housing
and municipal code violations.
If you are interested in researching any current law or
information relative to the City, you
must complete
a
Freedom of Information
(FOI)
form and submit it to the
City Clerk's office.
